Gallery Rules
Please note these following rules are here to protect you the user of the EloundaInfo Gallery. Anyone found braking these rules will be banned from posting to the gallery.
1) Posting media to the EloundaInfo site is covered by the terms of use, Creative Commons Attribution-Non-Commercial 3.0, by posting to the EloundaInfo Gallery you agree to the terms of use.
2) You agree that by uploading content to to Gallery that the EloundaInfo Administrator (administrator) has total editing control over your uploads including moving, deleting, removing comments and whatever the administrator sees fit in keeping the gallery a safe and enjoyable gallery for all users and viewers.
3) No media of any kind can contain pictures or text of a sexual nature (porn) anyone found uploading porn will be banned and pictures removed.
4) You the user and up-loader have total control of who sees your media (photos) and you are responsible for the content of those uploads.
5) Any user who feels that a picture or comment is of a negative nature should report it to the administrator using the form provided. In such a situation the Administrator will look at the complaint and judge weather the media in question should be removed or not. The administrator's judgement is final.
6) Under the terms of use the media you upload must be your own work, unless you have permission by the owner to upload their work. Please read the terms of use.
7) By uploading media to the EloundaInfo Gallery you agree that the EloundaInfo site may use your pictures on the main EloundaInfo site and any other site of a non-profit nature. (as under the terms of use)
8) The EloundaInfo Gallery is a free service offered to you the user, EloundaInfo retain the right that at anytime EloundaInfo for whatever reason can close down the EloundaInfo Gallery. (1 weeks notice will be given through email addresses)
9) The registration system is set to be easy for all concerned, which gives you a fast and easy process of joining the Gallery. The process is fully automated so you can upload as soon as you have registered, however if this system is abused in anyway then this automated system will be closed and a slower more secure system will be put in place.
10) You agree that all media uploaded is your own responsibility and EloundaInfo or any of it's agents or anyone connected to EloundaInfo will not be held responsible for users uploads and media desplayed.
11) EloundaInfo retains the right to change these rules without notice to you the user at anytime for any reason it sees fit. The rules come into force at the time of being posted to this page, keep checking these rules.
