ARTICLE WRITER/REPORTER
I am looking for a person to cover events in the Elounda and Plaka area. Events would include, Special nights at bars example live music. St Amstel Day, Darts, Cooking Competitions, New Business Openings, Easter, Christmas, Local Weddings, Beach Party's. The list goes on.
INTRODUCTION
DESCRIPTION
Example of a nights reporting at a darts competition would be:
1) Be at the venue on time, with digital camera and note book. Make sure the owner of the bar knows why you are there.
2) Try and not drink to much (this can be difficult believe me I know)
3) Take as many pictures as possible between 20 and 30 I will use around 5 of the best. Make sure you tell people who will be on your pictures that they will be published on the EloundaInfo site. If they don't want there picture taken then delete them.
4) Take notes of the scores and who is scoring, who wins!
5) Stay until the end of the competition/event
6) When you get home or the next day from your notes write an article of no more than 200 words about the night/day, 150 minimum.
7) Send me the article via the page I have setup.

HMM DO I GET ANYTHING FOR MY TIME?
EloundaInfo is a 100% free site so I do not make or take any income from the EloundaInfo site. However my other sites which are linked to this are there to make money. So the answer to the question is yes for every article/event you cover you will receive €10.00. Not a lot I know but for the time being it is all that can come out of the none existent petty cash pot. (may be increased in the not so distant future)
HMM WILL WE EVER BE WORKING TOGETHER AT AN EVENT ?
I think not, the point is you would be at the event because I can not be. However there maybe times when I turn up at the end of an event because I have finished whatever stopped me coming in the first place. On the very rare occasion there maybe a need for 2 of us to be at an event, however I can't think of one at this time (maybe we are both invited as guests to an event).
