The Rainbow Choir & Coro Della Domenica Choir Christmas Concert
It has been a hard year for a lot of us in Elounda....but last night our hearts were lifted by the sound of voices from 2 choirs. Coro Della Domenica is a Greek choir with members from a wide range of backgrounds and The Rainbow Choir with members from several different nationalities sang a Christmas Concert.

THE CAROLS
Many traditional carols from all over the world were sang English, French, Austrian, Czech, Greek, Swedish, Polish, Venezuelan and from the Ukraine. The composers of the carols included such names as Vivaldi and John Rutter to name just 2 of many. Example of some of the carols sang, Angels Carol by John Rutter, Peter Noster by Stravinsky, Joy To The World by J.Halford to name just a few.
MY REVIEW
Those who went to the concert without the Christmas spirit within them (me) left with a Christmas Gift. Indeed this was a Christmas gift in the truest sense of the word. A free concert with voices that brought to you Christmas it made me want to put the Christmas decorations up when I got home. Now where did I put that tree???
